How do I receive Shadow updates?

Shadow Diaries

During day 2 we will continue the work we did on day 1.  Shadow will be asked to give in the poll and give side to side.  She will be moving her shoulders around so she learns how to use her body.  On day 2 we will also start to sack her out towards new objects, and also sacking her out with me by using the Jeffrey’s method.
